  This is the best place in San Leandro to enjoy the views of the bay the food is good the service supreme.

  Worst experience ever and will NEVER be back! We decided to come here before the Raider game to watch the morning game on tv and have some lunch. We walked in and we're told it would be a 30 min wait unless we sat in the bar so we said that's fine we will sit in the bar. We still had to wait an additional 5 min for someone to escort us to the bar. Once we got there we asked for the NFL fame to be put on. The waiter told us he couldn't because they only get 2 channels on the TVs. WTF! What bar only gets 2 tv channels. So we ordered a beer and a margarita and waited and waited and waited. No menus. We decided to just do the buffet because it would be quicker.
  Long story short We got our bill and it was $90!!!! We literally had some chip, salsa, rice, beans and a tiny enchilada each!!
  The bill said the buffet was $30.99 a person! I will never ever be back here! HORRIBLE service and buffet prices are listed no where!

  After years of going here throughout the years, I have finally rated it. I keep forgetting when I'm there!! It's a great location by the Marina! I love looking out to the Marina while on a date or with friends, and a great place for big parties with plenty of parking and space in a private area of the restaurant. The place has not changed or upgrade and I think it's time too! I think I've gone here on and off for 20 years now?!
  
  But it's basically still the same everything! Great happy hour prices or deals! Love their margaritas when I had them and before I was allergic to tequila! Agh! Their spicy mango mojitos was very good and strong! I still love their Mexican salads due to the dressing! It's all about that dressing yo!! I always get a side of the sauce to add to the rest of my dishes! So bad of me I know! Note: the dressing you buy at the store is not the same you get at the restaurant. It's better!
  
  Had their 3 carnitas sliders for $8 happy hour price. It was pretty good and some spice to it but the bread or Hawaiian bread was a little charred on the outside. It was not presented well like the pictures at all. The salmon street tacos were just ok but it was presented messy and didn't look good from the start. The fajitas combo was ok but cooked well.  It lacked a few items like sour cream and more veggies. The guacamole had no taste. I've had their burrito and taco salad but also ok. So much beans in the taco salad. The best appetizer item was the chicken taquitos which were not part of the happy hour deals but pretty good!
  
  Nothing really special here except the Mexican salad and this is why they need to revamp their menu or add more flavors to the dishes or make them pretty to eat or remodel the place. I would still come back here for happy hour but not anytime soon...[73/100]

  When you experience amazing service, it's the least you can do by writing about it and sharing with the masses.
  
  Can I just say I've been to this location many times over the years, be it for the delicious Sunday Brunch or just to go for cocktails, but never have I been treated to such a wonderful experience as I did when a large group of my coworkers and myself went in for an early dinner in which we were fortunate to have the MOST amazing waiter named Joseph!
  
  It was a fairly hectic afternoon, yet Joseph found a way to make my group feel as if we were his only table.  Not only did we feel special, but as if we were his personal guests with his warm and delightful demeanor.  He also had us all cracking up - this guy's got some humor and it was much needed after a very stressful work week!
  
  Joseph made sure all our meals were ordered to our exact specifications and were delivered to us nice and hot.  He also managed to service all his other tables as well as ours so efficiently and didn't even seem to break a sweat.  My group and I actually overheard a couple speaking at a nearby table in which they were commenting on what an "excellent young man" he is - and it was endearing to hear them further state "his mother did an amazing job with him!"  My group and I couldn't agree more!
  
  Our food was excellent, the views of the marina were lovely, our drinks were kept flowing, but the icing on the cake was hands down - our service!  
  
  It's an overall 4 stars venue over the years, in my opinion, however, due to our service and experience this past time, (thanks to our server) was a solid 5!
  
  Thank you, to the handsome & awesome Joseph - my team & I will most definitely be in again soon & we will be sure to ask for you!!  Keep up the amazing work, you will go far in any future endeavor!

  The food and view was simply amazing!
  
  The sizzling enchiladas are the best entree imo. The chicken quality is great and their sauce is delicious. Their salsas (hot and mild) are amazing. We also tried the cheese enchiladas which were amazing.
  
  We ordered the margaritas and they were delightful.
